Recharge your mind, body, and spirit with Kim Bennett.

All levels of experience are invited to enjoy this deeply nourishing yoga class that focuses on healing and well-being. Kim will lead you through a lovely yoga practice where the body is gently, but deeply stretched. Postures are supported by props, allowing you to rest and relax. Come join us and truly surrender.

This workshop has a maximum of 10 participants.
