Welcome members of She Runs This Town NH and all runners! It is time for our annual Yoga For Runners Workshop. This year, we will flow through a vinyasa class specifically designed with a runner in mind, including some suggested stretches to take with you for your every day practice at home. We will also learn a breathing practice helpful both in your running endeavors, and in your every day life, and end with a relaxing savasana to leave you with those good yoga vibes. All are welcome to stay after for complimentary tea and conversation.
